MISSION STATEMENT

To facilitate theNorth Texas District’sefforts in planting newchurches and revitalizingdesignated churches;equipping leaders forand within designatedrevitalization andnew church plants;evaluating the healthof revitalization andnew church plants ona consistent basis; and assisting in theimplementation ofpositive change in sucha way that the resultswill impact the district,the nation, and theworld for the cause ofChrist.

OBJECTIVES

• To contribute to an annual net gain of churches in theNorth Texas District.
• To contribute to an annual net gain in the number ofpeople in attendance in the local churches of the NorthTexas District.
• To develop and maintain standard operatingprocedures and policies for the Division of ChurchPlanting and Development.
• To plan and coordinate annual division training events,i.e. Boot Camp, CP&D Leadership Training, etc.
• To market and promote the mission and objectives ofthe Division of Church Planting and Development.
• To network churches and resources to fulfill missionand objectives.
• To raise adequate funds for the Division of ChurchPlanting and Development to meet its mission andobjectives.
