Adult Ministries - Honorbound Men

The North Texas District is blessed with some exceptional men and I want to take a moment to acknowledge two of them in particular. Ed Dittfurth, pastor of Cornerstone A/G in Stephenville, has served as our Men's Ministries Director for the last year and has impacted our District and the lives of many men during this time. Ed has a true pastor's heart and is one of the most godly and dedicated men I know. Let me say to Ed that he has my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for a job well done.

Ed visited with me recently and let me know that he has been accepted into a doctoral program at Tarleton State University, and as a result, he did not feel he could carry the responsibilities of the Men's Department at the same time.

Now, we come to a time of a transition in leadership and I am very pleased that Robert Kennedy, pastor of Mustang Creek A/G in Forney, has accepted this position. He has endeared himself to the District already in many ways including the director of Disaster Relief. Robert, welcome aboard! I believe we are in for a great year of ministry to the men of North Texas!
