SPEAKERS

ROD WHITLOCK 

Rod Whitlock and his wife, Kim, have been married for 41 years and have four children and eight grandchildren. Rod is a professionally trained Leadership Coach, a Certified DiSC Practitioner, and a Certified Marriage Enrichment Facilitator with a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership. His ministry ventures include serving as Vice President of Development in one of our AG Bible Colleges, Senior Director at Convoy of Hope, AG National Student Discipleship Director, District Youth/Christian Education Director, and pastoral ministries. He was a lead team writer for the Bible Engagement Project, has authored four books, and designed multiple discipleship resources for the local church. Discover more at www.RodWhitlock.com. 




Darin Stroud

Pastor Darin Stroud served as youth and young adult pastor at a church in Wichita, Kansas for 12 years before being elected to serve as District Youth Director for the Assemblies of God Kansas. The position evolved to District Ministries Director which he served in that role for 17 years. During his tenure, he led summer camps, mission trips, missions fundraising efforts, and services for Speed the Light, Light for the Lost, BGMC, Fire Bible, and more. Darin gave oversight in calendar, planning, budgets, and leadership for the Men’s, Women’s, Children’s, Seniors, Boys & Girls Departments.  Darin earned an M.Div. at Southwestern Assemblies of God University.


Pastor Darin and his wife, Marleen, both ordained ministers, joined Foundations Church, Grapevine TX in August 2022 as lead pastors. Marleen serves as the Culture & Communications Pastor.


The Strouds have 3 grown children who are all married. Favorite pastimes include family time, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, playing golf, and spoiling their two amazing grandchildren.
