Jerry Ramirez

Jerry Ramirez is a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in finance, operations, and community development. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for the North Texas Assemblies of God, a role he previously held for ten years before returning in 2025. His leadership is marked by a commitment to fiscal integrity, strategic planning, and mission-driven stewardship.


Jerry earned his Master of Professional Accountancy from Angelo State University in 2005 and has maintained a public accounting practice since becoming a CPA in 2006. In addition to his work with the North Texas Assemblies of God, he has served as Executive Director of Operations at Oaks Church in Red Oak, Texas, where he oversaw financial and operational strategy. He also served as a controller for a large financial institution, bringing expertise in financial systems and controls. This experience significantly informs his oversight of the Church Loan Fund operations, where he applies financial stewardship and strategic insight to support sustainable ministry growth.


A lifelong Texan, Jerry and his wife Crystal have been active members of the Maypearl ISD community for over a decade. They are proud parents of three children, and Jerry continues to invest in local education, currently serving as a member of the Maypearl ISD Board of Trustees.


Jerry brings a deep passion for organizational excellence and community impact to his role, helping advance the mission of the Assemblies of God across North Texas.
