Important Details


  • Please note that not all booth locations have electricity available. There will be an additional charge of $50 for booths that need electricity. On the registration form, please note what you will powering so we can make proper plans.
  • All booth levels are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • All booths include a 6ft table and 2 chairs if needed. Please request on the registration form.
  • Please email your logo to [email protected]. Booth will not be reserved until we receive this logo. Logos need to be in one of the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF.



  • Once your application has been approved and payment has been received you will receive an Approval Letter via email.
  • Should there be any booth spaces still available after the May 8 deadline, a late fee will be applied.

Incentive Passport Program


This year, we’ll continue to offer an incentive to all our registered attendees to encourage them to visit each booth. In the past, we’ve had trouble with the number of attendees who engaged with the passport. So, in hopes of increasing engagement, we’ve made a few changes.
At each booth, there will be a brochure stand holding the passports that you will distribute to each person. When you give them their passport, a few things will happen. First, you will sign the passport in the “This passport started:” field. This allows us to see which booth promoted the passport the best and will then be added to exhibitor giveaways.
After marking your logo on the passport and signing your name, you will explain the idea of the passport to attendees and promote its value to them. The attendees must complete the passport and turn it in at the NTAG Church Loan Fund Booth to be entered into the giveaways totaling over $3,000.
The winners will be announced on social media and mass texting during the event which will include your company or ministry name. We believe this incentive will boost traffic to your area and increase interaction with all NTAG LEAD Conference attendees.
