A note from the Pastor
We have a great group of volunteers that are rotating on a 4 week Sunday schedule that could continue to rotate in for help/assistance. We bring the kids in for months with a 5th Sunday to adult service except nursery and would continue that (although not absolute). Our Wednesday night group has multiple classes with a great group of volunteers leading classes and this position would likely lead the 2-4th grade but coordinate crafts and curriculum for others. We are currently using "Wonder ink" curriculum but there is more to the program than we have implemented for both Sunday and Wednesday ministry. We would encourage them to take periodic times in Adult service with our congregation to help keep them "fed" and also to know our people. Of course there would be time off as well since they would likely be from out of town. We understand this will be a stepping stone to bigger things and just want to provide an opportunity to grow and try things (within some guardrails).

Simply put, we love the local church! We have served faithfully in Youth Ministry and Kid's Ministry for the past 10 years in two different churches and I am specifically looking for a church that may have an Associate or Campus Pastor position available. We love the AG and we love people. We believe in the power of God and the hard-work that is vital when developing healthy church community and culture. We want to plant roots and be plugged into a church for the long haul.
