Lead pastor - my wife and I, both ordained, have been in ministry for just under 50 years. We have typically served in churches where revitalization is a must. I am a published author, hold a Master's in Theology, have a graphic arts background, believe media is a valuable tool, been a General Council certified Sunday school teacher since the 1990's, and pursue exposition messages in preaching. My wife, Syd, has led youth teams to National Fine Arts Festival, coached championship Bible Quiz and Junior Bible Quiz teams, is very computer savvy, and has organized and led women's conferences on an annual basis in the past. We're open to being interim pastors, transitional pastors, or coming alongside a church in a longer lead role. I can provide video of either of us preaching/teaching, or audio cd's if that is preferred.

Priscilla Tshitenge. I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised in the U.S. with my family. We grew up in a Christian household where my parents instilled faith values that led me to accept Christ personally as my Lord and Savior. Today, my family and I actively serve in our local church. I currently serve as a worship leader, plan events, and help manage the youth and choir finances.

I’m currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Business Management. I'm fluent in both English and French, and I’m comfortable using Microsoft Excel.

A. Dyson (06/29/25)

My name is Ammar Dyson. My wife Precious and I, along with our four children, moved to Texas exactly one year ago with a clear sense of calling to plant a Spirit-filled church in the North Texas region by Fall 2027. Prior to relocating, I served as a Campus Pastor at Lifepoint Church in Fredericksburg, VA, where I helped revitalize a post-COVID campus—growing from 90 to over 250 in just five months through Spirit-led leadership, discipleship, and strategic outreach.

As we prepare to plant, I’m seeking a ministry staff role where I can serve wholeheartedly, add value, and grow under healthy leadership for the next 12–18 months. Our desire is to be part of a life-giving church where we can contribute our pastoral experience, communication gifting, and operational leadership—and be developed, covered, and sent in due season.

If you’re looking for a team member who brings both heart and strategy, I’d love to connect and explore what God might do together.

I am a first-generation immigrant and an ordained minister, married to a fourth-generation Assemblies of God pastor for over two decades. We have three beautiful children who love and serve God in local churches. I have a Doctor of Ministry and bring diverse experiences in church ministry, community engagement, and Christian higher education. I had served as a church planter, children's and youth pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, chaplain, and also served in various national AG ministries. I have served at Nelson University until recently as Director of Admissions Recruitment. God has used this job to bring us to Waxahachie, and now He is calling me back to my first love of ministry. Since my husband is serving as Executive pastor at Dallas First Assembly, I am looking for a ministry that will complement, not conflict, with his calling. An ideal ministry would be something that I can invest in and give my time during the weekdays while allowing me to worship with my family on Sundays. I am passionate about discipling the next generation and serving and welcoming intercultural peoples as part of God's family. I also love preaching and teaching.

Hey ya'll!

I'm Courtney. I am an okie born and raised with two extroverted kids. Seventeen years ago I began volunteering in the early-childhood ministry at my church. Shortly after, God placed a call on my life for Children's Ministry. Through all seasons of life, God's call has remained the same and I am so thankful. In February 2025, I received my certification through the OK Assemblies of God. I am currently working on my licensing.

After all these years of being a lead volunteer, God has made it clear that He is moving our family to full time ministry. We are stoked to see where God takes us!

Willing to relocate. We have been praying for a church family that is in every sense of the word family. A family that will embrace us not just as shepherds but as truly part of the family willing to walk with us as we will walk with you in the highs and lows of our Christian life.
