Joey and Stacey Alcala have served in ministry and leadership for more than 28 years. They are the newly elected Co-Lead Pastors of LifeGate Church in Burleson, Texas.

Joey has led in children’s, NextGen, and leadership development ministries and holds degrees in Religious Education and General Ministry. Stacey has served in several church roles and has spent years coaching and developing leaders in the marketplace.

Married for more than 25 years, Joey and Stacey have two daughters, Isabella and Alexandrea. They are passionate about the local church, the next generation, and helping leaders create moments that change lives.

Fun facts: Stacey is originally from Ontario, Canada, Joey enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and they both love good coffee, family time, and pickleball.

Andrew Padilla serves as the Campus Pastor at Movement City Church in Fort Worth, and has been faithfully leading worship in the local church for more than 17 years. Alongside his wife, Kim, and their two children, Bennett and Brynlee, Andrew is passionate about helping people encounter the presence of God in authentic and life changing ways.

Andrew believes that worship is far more than music. It is the response of a surrendered heart. His desire is to lead people beyond simply singing songs and into a genuine encounter with the Lord. He often reminds the Church that God is not just after our voices. He is after our hearts. When we lay everything down before Him in complete surrender, something shifts. His presence fills the room, lives are transformed, and the Holy Spirit moves in powerful ways.

Michelle Garland has served as the NTKM Director for the past ten years. She is a an Ordained minister and has served kids and families for the last 25 years. She has a heart to create spaces where kids and their leaders are seen, heard, and valued. She and Michael have been married for 22 years and they have two daughters, Ava (19) and Emma (17). Michelle is a coffee and football enthusiast but most importantly she loves the local church, connecting with kids pastors, and celebrating their victories in ministry.
